Regulations for the presentation of papers - Electronic Poster Session
E-Poster Award “Dr Michael Gorbonos”
65th Anniversary Congress AAOFM – XIII IFUNA

General considerations:
The poster presentation favors direct communication between the public and the authors, optimizes the time of both and provides advantages in academic and personal exchange.
This modality is aimed at obtaining an eminently graphic and illustrated form of expression of the content of a scientific work.
E-posters (electronic posters) facilitate the exchange of information and are a very important part of the set of scientific activities that this congress promotes.
Scientific information should preferably be presented by means of photos, charts, graphs, tables, etc., and with little narrative.
The e-posters will be projected during the three days of the congress in a place to be determined. Then they will be assigned a day and time in which they must be present to answer any questions, if any.

At times to be determined, the authors must remain next to the works, in order to facilitate communication with the audience and discussion. The schedules will be notified to the exhibitors via email.

Admission:
Those interested should send a summary of the poster in .doc format of no more than 200 words before 08/30/22 to secretaria@aaofm.org.ar. The Papers will be selected by the Scientific Committee to be included in the presentation and/or its publication of our Journal.

About the preparation of the abstract:
The abstract must be accompanied by the following information, respecting the following order:
- Title of the poster.
- Session: Scientific e-Poster.
- Full names of the authors.
- Telephone, email address.
- Abstract of no more than 200 words in .doc format, with offset alignment.

Guide for the preparation of the E-poster:
The presentation will be made entirely in Power Point format on a single slide with vertical orientation. Format 16:9 wide 14.29 x 25.40cm.
It must be written in Spanish and/or English.
Up to five (5) authors per paper will be accepted.
The title and full names of the authors must be entered at the top.
It must consist of: Abstract, Introduction, material, methods and conclusion.
The figures, tables and letters must be legible at a distance of one meter.
Videos will not be accepted in the presentations, nor Power Point transitions.

Recommendations for the realization:
Use fonts such as Arial, Verdana, Tahoma or Times New Roman and do not use a font smaller than 10.
The title must be in capital letters and bold, in a font size of no less than 15, with a recommended size of 32 points.
Use color combinations that facilitate the reading of the texts.
The images to be included must be in JPEG format. Set the size and resolution for screen display (recommended resolution: 96 dpi).
The size of the job must not exceed 5 mb.
Do not include or link to movies or sounds, as these features are not supported.
Company logos or trademarks are not allowed on e-posters.
These regulations will be respected to participate in the prize.

Particular considerations:
There will be two categories : “First Steps”, for those who are currently studying and “Advanced” for specialists or teachers.
Participants must be registered for the Congress.
